I’ve been on a Lawn Fawn kick lately – especially with my Splicoaststamper designs. I think this is the last one for now – until the next release because I’m a total sucker for these stamp sets.
The Zig Clean Color Real Brush Marker hype has died down a lot, hasn’t it!? I remember when it was new and was a MUST-HAVE. I have all 60 colors of course and decided it was time I pulled them out to play. They really are SO easy to use and I was able to make this card really quickly!
I stamped the images using Versafine Onyx Black ink and embossed using clear white powder. This creates a border for me to color in and keeps it outlined without ruining the image.
I applied very little color and was able to pull it out using a Pentel Water Brush – so simple! Easier than using watercolored pencils, in my opinion!

Baby Update:
I’m dilated to 2cms as of last Friday. I will be seeing the OB every week until the baby delivers and have another ultrasound scheduled for this Friday as well. I’m a little girl and when I delivered my youngest, Liam at 7lbs 14oz, his clavicle broke. So they want to know the baby’s size to anticipate any complications for this delivery. I’m schedule for an induction April 1st at 39 weeks – but I’m hoping she’ll make her grand entrance sooner. I’m more than ready!

I stumbled on your blog down the rabbit hole a while ago, and read several posts before I realized I know you! Well, we’ve met, at least. I’m Eric’s wife. I used to be a Stampin’Up! rep, and though I don’t do it much any more, I love making cards and paper crafts. To add to the crazy coincidences, our youngest is an April Fools’ Day baby, too! Congratulations and best wishes for a happy healthy (and quick!) delivery!
