Hi, Friends!

I’ve created a card using the Spooky Silhouettes background stamp by stamping the image on white cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black ink, then covering the panel with clear cardstock to emboss the silhouette image.

I also stamped a second image to cut out the silhouette house and field to prop it over the original panel for extra dimension and to use the negative as a mask by cutting around the moon. Using the sky portion as a mask from what I cut, I ink-blended the moon and house windows with Scattered Straw Distress Oxide Ink. Then I used the moon portion of my cut-out as a mask to ink-blend the night sky with Blueprint Sketch and Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide Inks.

At this point, I used my cut-out for the silhouette of the house and grass and added foam adhesive to adhere it over the background/ink-blended panel.For the sentiment, I used the Archie Jr. Alphabet dies to spell the word “boo.” I die cut the letters from black and white cardstock and off set them a tad before adhering them together to adhere to the card.
