Welcome to the Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember blog party!!!  We’re celebrating the STAMPtember release and it’s full of wonderful products!  Be sure to start at the Simon Says Stamp blog to see all the inspiration.  This is not a blog hop, but a festive party for a lot of people to celebrate with Simon Says Stamp. In particular, I want to celebrate the new Pawsitively Saturated Inks!

These ink trios feature foam pads that are super juicy. I swatched them using a cute stamp from the Crafty Friends stamp set and you get full coverage after one impression!! I’m in love already and hope there will be more soon!

After playing with all this ink, I wanted to make a set of mini cards to share how well they blend! I blended each trio on a white panel and they all blended beautifully! They also react to water and I show that on my set of cards today.

In case you cant see it, I’m listing the colors here for you:

Oranges: Peachy, Grapefruit, Mandarin
Yellows: Lemonade, Sunbeam, Citrine
Greens: Celery, Limelicious, Pearfection
Blues: Seafoam, Surf, Ocean

As for the stamp set, I used the adorable Too Cute to Spook set. Those little ghosts are so cute and the stamp set was perfect for creating a mini set of cards. I stamped and colored the images with Copic markers.

Reds:  R20, R30, R32, R35
Oranges:  Y21, YR12, YR15
Yellows:  Y0000, Y11, Y13
Greens:  G14, G16
Browns:  E30, E33
Grays:  C0, C2, C4, C6, C8

I sprayed the panels with water and it really reacted to the inks quickly. I gave it no time before soaking it up with a towel.

I used Stitched Rectangles dies to die-cut my ink-blended panels to give them a nice decorative border before adhering my images with foam adhesive to give them more dimension.

Look at those delicious colors! And the Simon Says Stamp Blending Brushes were so smooth with these inks! I enjoyed blending with these inks so much!! I hope the swatches and the ink-blended panels on this set of mini Halloween cards gives you a nice visual! Such an exciting line of inks to launch STAMPtember!
