Welcome to Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week! We’re kicking off a week of inspiration from the Lawn Fawn summer release. Today’s product highlight features the How You Bean? Seashell Add-On set.

I stamped and colored the seashells from the set with Copic markers. I stuck with some fresh pastel colors.

Copics:  
Teals:  Y00, BG10, BG11, BG13
Pinks:  R0000, R00, R81, R83
Purples:  BV0000, BV01, BV02
Browns:  E31, E33, E35, E37

For the background, I ink-blended Antique Linen and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Inks to blend sand and ocean. Where they meet, I tried to emulate seafoam by using a frothing technique. To do so, I added some clear glaze (or Glossy Accents). Without letting it dry, I added white embossing powder and heat-set it to create texture. The clear glaze will puff up and dry with a raised surface. I love using this technique to add snow in the winter.

I finished by adding a sentiment stamped from the How You Bean? Seashell Add-On set and also die-cut letters from Henry’s ABCs. To give the letters color, I colored a piece of white cardstock with the purple and pink Copic markers from above to match the seashells before die-cutting the letters.
