Today’s card features the Hero Arts Wild Columbine set. I love columbine flowers and it’s been years since I’ve planted some. I used to have them at a previous house and just haven’t gotten around to planting them here. They are so pretty and unique!
The Wild Columbine set is a stamp and die set and also coordinates with the Wild Columbine Stencils. I stamped and embossed the image twice and used the stencils to add color. After ink-blending, I used a red colored pencils to add texture and veins to my flower petals.
For the rectangle area, I used the A2 Masks to mask off an area on a card base and ink-blended with teal ink. After ink-blending, I splattered the area with dark teal paint. To finish, I arranged my flowers, trimmed off the excess and stamped the sentiment.
