Hello!
Today’s STAMPtember surprise is a Limited Edition Religious Card Kit! The Hark the Newborn King Card Kit comes with a manger theme that will create some beautiful traditional holiday cards. I used several of the products to create two cards.
I also made a video and hop you’ll enjoy watching!
The first card uses the Stylized Mandala Stencil that I used Glitz Glitter Gel with for a background. I used the Soft Navy ink from the kit to ink-blend over Cornflower cardstock (also from the kit.)
Next, I hand-cut a snowy hillside for the die-cut manger using The Manger die. To finish, I foiled a sentiment from the Bold Christmas Acetate Collection.
My second card is also a manger, but it uses the Hark the Newborn King Stamp. I ink-blended a background and then stamped the silhouette of the manger in black. I embossed a star in white and splattered it with white paint to give it a starry scene.
I added a strip of black cardstock at the bottom to ground the scene and then finished by stamping and embossing a sentiment, also from the Hark the Newborn King Stamp.
