Hello, friends!
I’m sharing a Gingerbread House today from My Favorite Things. This die set is so sweet and I just had to create with it!
I die-cut the pieces using different colored cardstock before piecing them together. The die-cutting takes a bit of patience, but once that’s done, I love the process of piecing it all together! I ink-blended some of the pieces with coordinating ink to give them shading and used Copic markers (E35 and E37) to add texture to the gingerbread house and gingerbread men.
MY background is ink-blended with Distress Oxide inks. For texture, I splattered the panel with water and white paint. To finish, I embossed a sentiment with the Gingerbread Greetings stamp set. I love it so much!!!
