I’m excited to share a spring card today – I know winter and holiday cards are most of what we’ve been seeing lately! The Aurora Blooms die set is from the DieCember® 2023 release and is a great set to use for all occasions and I love that!

I die-cut all the foliage and flowers using watercolor paper and then added watercolor pigment to all the die-cuts. This does make a mess, but it really gives the images an organic look. They dry quickly, so I was able to piece them together without a wait. The background is ink-blended with Sage ink and then embossed with the new Woven Embossing Folder.

I die-cut and added the CZ Simple Hello sentiment first, then added my foliage, then layered my flowers on top to create this diagonal spray of flowers. Then to finish, I added a few Champagne Sequins over the flower centers to give them more shine and interest.
