Hello!

I have an Easter card to share today – I hope it will inspire you to make some cute cards for the upcoming holiday! If you don’t celebrate, I hope you are inspired to create something cute anyway! What I love most about cards for Easter is all things PASTEL!

I used two different stencils for my background. I ink-blended pastel colors first over the Egg Hunt Stencil. Then, I applied white texture paste over it using the Hippity Hoppity Stencil. Before it set, I sprinkled Rock Candy Glitter over it to give it a dusting of shimmer. WARNING – it can make a mess! Because – GLITTER. Enough said!

Using Color Blend Pastel cardstock, I die-cut 5 little bunnies to match the colors on my background. After die-cutting, I placed the little bunnies into the embossing folder to give them each 3D etching. They’re soooo cute! Especially with their little pom pom tushies!The sentiment is also die-cut from Color Blend Pastel cardstock. I layered it over a white shadow and adhered it, as well as the bunnies, with 3D foam squares to give them dimension.
