Hi there!

Today’s card uses the Groovy Flowers stencils from the Simon Says Stamp Be Bold release.I enjoy layered stencils so much for creating colorful backgrounds in all different shapes and patterns. This one brings all the spring vibes and I’m definitely here for that!

After ink-blending the 3 layers from the Groovy Flowers stencil set, I splattered the panel with some gold paint to give it more texture. Next, I worked on a sentiment by die-cutting the Splendid die with Lavender cardstock.

The sub-sentiments are from the new Splendid Sentiments set. The die and stamp set compliment each other perfectly and I like the larger font for a bold sentiment like this!

Once the sentiments were in place, I could add embellishments. I used a combination of the new Terracotta mix and Pawsitively Dazzling Gems in Mandarin at the center of the flowers.
