Hi friends!

A bold number set is always good for graduation cards! Do you have a graduate you need to make a card for? I hope today’s easy card inspires you! I’ll have a graduate next year, but my 11 year old is graduating from 5th grade this year. OH JOY! We all know how rough middle school can be and I’m bracing myself as my third child enters this era.

My card uses the Tim Holtz Paint by Number set, which now comes with coordinating dies from Simon Says Stamp. You can get the Paint by Number set as a bundle! I used Distress Oxide inks (Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers, Mermaid Lagoon, Uncharted Mariner, Chipped Sapphire) to stamp each number. The 2’s are stamped on a separate panel to be die-cut so I could overlap the numbers to fit on a trimmed down panel. Each number is stamped with two colors to continue to ombre/gradient from left to right.

For the graduation hat, I used the Grad Balloons stamp and die set. I colored it with Copic markers and die-cut it out to add to the center of the card and used a sentiment from the Reverse Yay Sentiment Strips set. Super quick and easy and a go-to design if you need to make one. You can also personalize the colors!
