Hi there!

Today’s card uses the Billow Butterfly Plate and a few other products to add soft touches.

To make a colorful background, I combined ink-blending and ink-smooshing. Be sure to check out the video to see how it comes together! I hope you enjoy it!

I used 3D foam strips to adhere the Billow Butterfly Plate panel over the top of the rainbow panel for dimension.

Next, the top of the panel is accessorized with soft vellum, glitter, and gold touches using some Leafy Sprigs, Billow Butterflies, and the Just a Note 2 die. I also added some Clear Dazzling Gems to finish.
