I made a card using the My Favorite Things Love, Joy, and Cookies set and hope you enjoy it!
I stamped and colored the images with Copic markers. Coloring sweet critters for holiday cards are so fun! I know I’ll get to create a winter scene and this indoor scene is cozy with the fireplace!
The background is simple. I ink-blended with Rusty Hinge Distress Ink for a warm brown and dotted the background with browns that I used on my critters to give it interest. Next, I laid out my images and adhered them down. I finished with a bold sentiment that I embossed in white over black cardstock.

I typically use the same colors. The fireplace e is done with C0-6. I usually skip a number when shading (so C1, C3, C5 or C0, C2, C4). I also used W0, W2, W4 on some of the bricks for a warmer gray.
Do you mean the brown squirrel? I typically use E30-37 for browns. I probably used E31, E33 and 35 for the body and then E33, E35, E37 for the darker tail.
