Hi friends!
Have you ever played with Nuvo Shimmer Powder? They’ve been around for years, but I’ve resisted because I am scared of things that make a mess or things that I can’t control. I’m getting better with that and decided to play with it for the first time to make today’s colorful card using the Pumpkin To Talk About set.
There are lots of ways to use these fun powders. I started by embossing the image over Distress Watercolor Cardstock. You can wet a whole panel and just sprinkle the powders over it and let it do it’s thing. I isolated each pumpkin by wetting one at a time before adding the pigment. Colors used: Catherine Wheel, Sunday Rosette, Falling Leaves, Green Parade, Violet Brocade.

I also added pigment to watercolor cardstock to die cut a Little Sunflower Bloom and some Abundant Leaves.
To finish, I stamped a sentiment over vellum and added it to the center of the panel.
