I’m excited to share a few projects using the Concord & 9th October 2025 Release! The Granny Squares especially speak to me because I’m in the middle of a granny square project now and have made a huge rainbow blanket in the past. Photos and details below!
GRANNY SQUARES CARD:
Card size: A2 (4.25″ x 5.5″)
Products used:
- C9 Granny Squares (C9 | SSS)
- C9 All-in-One Turnabout Jig (C9 | SSS)
- C9 Inks: Wildberry, Grapefruit, Sprout, Tidepool
- Cardstock: Vellum, Gold
I used some white string and a very small crochet hook to crochet a chain. I thought that would give it an extra special touch!
Here’s a photo of my mandala Granny Square Blanket. This one is done in a continuous round so it’s one really big granny square. Not sure how big i want it to get, but I’m going to keep going until I can only get the color to go a single round.
Here’s a photo of the rainbow granny square blanket I made in 2021. This one consists of 192 squares in total (16 squares of each 12 colors). This took me 10 months to do (off and on) and was a true labor of love!
