The Rabbit Hole Designs has a great release today with lots of sentiment stamps and dies as well as stencils. I’m sharing two cards today, but I want to mention their fabulous new Bitty Bunny Blender Brushes before I get into my cards. I didn’t use them on my cards today because they’re for more intricate stencils with smaller spaces, but they are so cute, soft and I can see them being super handy. I love ink-blending and stenciling and I have lots of blending options as far as tools go, but I really feel each deserves a place because they all have good uses! They are about 4 1/4″ long and a 1/2″ in diameter. The bristles themselves are about 1/2″ long. They come in individual storage tubes that you can swatch! Worth taking a look at if you’re interested in a detail blender brush.

Now onto today’s cards! As I mentioned, there are new stencils and sentiment stamps and dies. I create two similar cards in different colors to share with you! Both cards are glazed with some Glitz Glitter Gel in White after ink-blending.

My first card uses the Overlapping Stencil.

I ink-blended a white panel with Salvaged Patina, Peacock Feathers, and Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide Inks. Then I glazed it with gel and set it aside to dry while I worked on the sentiment.

I die-cut the You with Shadow Dies using vellum and 3 layers of white cardstock. The top layer is ink-blended with the same colors I used in the background. The sentiment is embossed using a stamp from the You stamp set.

My second card is uses the Mid Century Modern #1 stencil. I ink-blended the background with Milled Lavender, Victorian Velvet, and Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide Inks.

For this card, I used the Happy with Shadow Dies with the Happy sentiment stamp set.

Which leads me to talking about The Rabbit Hole Designs’ new Embossing Powder Tool! It’s an anti-static powder tool and uses clay instead of a starch-based powder. It works great! I love embossing sentiments in white over black cardstock and this tool “pump” powder through a brush system and is very handy! I will say it dulls your cardstock initially, but you can rub it away with a cloth!

Isn’t that cool??? I love it! Great for crafting on the go too! Super clean and crisp sentiments, as you can see from my cards!
