This balloon stamp set by Clearly Besotted is adorable! It’s so much fun and I love what Jennifer McGuire did with it recently. She made a clear shaker card that was out of this world. She also convinced me that I needed to have the Photo Fuse Tool now rather than later. I’m excited to use it but I need to work up the nerve.

I had no idea what I wanted to do with this set. Originally, I had stamped it on a piece of Neenah carstock and was just going to color it and stamp a sentiment and leave it at that. But then I decided to cut them out and die cut clouds for a background.
