Spring is long gone and I know it’s Autumn now – so I’m going to share all of my April’s Splitcoastamper’s cards in one post because let’s face it – I haven’t been too speedy with posting them like I want to be.

Lyla is 6 months old today and is on the mend from a weekend of fever so I’m going to make this quick while she’s napping!

This first card is a spring canopy that I stamped on black cardstock and heat embossed with white. I then watercolored using Zig Gansai Pearlescent Color Watercolor.

This second card is my favorite of the month. It’s simple stamping and colored using copics. I just love the multi-colored petals.

My third card is an interactive penny-slider card with these cute hedgehogs. I love watching her roll down the hill towards him!

I usually don’t use oval dies – but couldn’t find anything more fitting for my 4th card. I stamped my solid images with various colors and heat embossed the outline images with gold. Its so pretty!

Even though it’s not spring anymore – we’re getting some rain with the fall tonight. The sun is still shining and I love that most when it’s rainy.

My sixth and final card is another watercolor card. This time, I used distress inks to paint with.
