I love a good interactive card and am so excited to share today’s card! I usually can wait a while after releases to get new stamps and dies to play with – but I got this after a few days because I couldn’t help myself! This new Reveal Wheel die from Lawn Fawn is just too cute! I know you can create something like this without this particular die – but what makes it so unique is all the coordinating dies and stamps that are also available! That’s an honest opinion – I’m not trying to sell the product or enable you!
LF also recently came out with this Coaster Critter set that I had to have. For the most part, I don’t buy coordinating dies, but this one seemed justified! I thought these products would be fun to use together so I stamped and colored the images in various Copics and cut them out using the coordinating dies. I thought it was also a good idea to use a heavier cardstock (110 lb) for the wheel portion. Please note that you will need a brad for the wheel mechanism.
After using the Reveal Wheel die to cut out all the parts, I created the background panel(s) using Distress Oxide inks (Worn Lipstick, Wilted Violet, Salty Ocean, Fossilized Amber). I wanted to give it a dusk look – as the day faded into night with this ink-blended background. I also tried to give the spinning wheel the same colors as well. Note: Lawn Fawn has great tutorials on how to assemble your card using this die set. Sorry I still haven’t gotten a chance to make any new videos! It’s been so long I probably don’t know how to anymore!

The only tricky part about this fun card was lining up the stamps on the wheel itself. Mine wasn’t perfect, I’ll be honest, but peeling it up and re-aligning it is easy and any mistake you make from having to pull it up is covered up anyway! I really hope you enjoyed this card – I will do my best not to put this away and forget about making more in the future!
