Well, HELLO THERE! Thanks for stopping by as we kick of Lil’ Inker Designs’ June Release! I hope you’re excited because there are some fun goodies to share!
Sometimes, I really love no-stamp cards. It’s just different and a fun way to add dimension with die-cut images. My first card features the Perfectly Plaid Cover Up die and the Perky Posies XL dies.
The Perfectly Plaid Cover Up die is made so that when cut from two different colors of cardstock, you can layer them for a dimensional plaid pattern. I added a little extra with black and white lines using my Sakura Gelly Roll pens. I wanted to keep the colors soft for this card so I used a soft pink and light gray cardstock.
Did you know that Lil’ Inker Designs already has Perky Posies dies? They are the smaller ones you see on this card – I wanted to share those also so you can see the differences in size. The Perky Posies XL dies are a great size!
I added lots of white lines (and some colored ones too) to give this card added interest. You can also sponge the flowers with color if you like.
My second card is baby-themed!
I’m using the Baby Onsie Shaker dies, Little One stamps, and the new Baby Word Tags dies:
For this shaker card, I used the shaker window to cut out the baby onsie. I used a sentiment from the Little One stamp set – I love this sentiment. My son has a shirt that says 100% perfect 10% of the time and it’s so true!
I added a soft mixture of sequins in the center, wrapped some thin linen thread around the card and adorned it with the baby tag cut out using white glitter paper. I think it’s simple and precious!

Super cute cards. I love love LOVE the multi cat stamp and die set. The stamp set is a little pricey for my budget, but I love it so that I will end up getting it 🙂 thanks for the chance to win it and the rest of the release.

Oh, Caly, what DARLING cards! I love this fabulous cover plate and love how you’ve layered the two colors and added the Sakura lines.
