Hello there!
It’s a busy week this week. I’ve created my final card for Freshly Made Sketches using some new products from Pretty Pink Posh. Here’s the sketch for this week:
I had colored a lot of Geraniums for a future card and decided to use a cluster for this card since it arranges itself in a circle shape. The for the square element, I felt the new Hello Shaker die was perfect since it has the “hello” sentiment built in.
Copic colors used for the geraniums and shaker background: V000, RV63, RV55, RV66. Leaves: YG41, G03, G16. The shaker frame is colored using Cracked Pistashio Distress Oxide ink from another project. I guess you can call this a scrap card?
I decided to make this a little fun by off-setting the square shaker portion.
Before putting my frame over the colored background, I colored the area with some Wink of Stella Clear liquid to add some shimmer. I used some Sparkling Clear Confetti sequins and Iridescent Mini Circle Confetti pieces from Pretty Pink Posh to fill the sequins as well as adhered some to the background for some added interest.
