Hi Friends!

I’m back for another Color Throwdown Challenge. This week’s color swatch is browns and greens, so I thought the Forrest Friends stamp set is perfect for this challenge.

I embossed the trees in the background using copper embossing powder and added watercolor – dabbing more concentrated colors to mimic leaves. Then I die cut the front panel using the coordinating Forrest Friends die and stamped the images on it in its pre-cut areas. I then colored these images using Copic markers.

The sentiment is from the Forrest Friends stamp set and is stamped in a simple black ink in the area below the framed images. I then added foam tape to this panel to adhere it to the water-colored panel before adhering it to an A2-sized cardbase.
