My Favorite Things – Oh My Gostrich

Hello!

I’m excited to be on the MFT Blog today – sharing this card made using the Oh My Gostrich stamp set. I wanted to quickly share it here, but encourage you to visit the MFT blog to read about the details.

I used Copics to color the ostriches and used distress oxide inks to create the background.

Copics: R30, E30, E50 Ostrich head, neck and legs

C3, C5, C7 Ostrich body

W00, W1 Ostrich wings

Y21, YR14 Ostrich beaks

E0000, E30, E51, E55 Ground

I also used a white colored pencil to add feather lines on the ostriches’ bodies.

I feel like I could’ve done more…but in all honestly – I googled and looked on pinterest for good ideas and ostriches love wide open spaces and it’s DRY! Anyway – I hope my card accurately depicts how they live!
