Pretty Pink Posh – Rainbow Stacked Chevron Shaker Card

Hello, Friends!

I’m sharking my second publication for Pretty Pink Posh. If you recall my previous Bee Shaker Card at all, this will be very similar except with a lot more colors.

Die-cutting Essentials is a magazine in the UK that focuses on cards and projects made with dies – and this particular card focuses on the Stacked Edges 1 die.

I die-cut 6 chevron strips and ink-blended each with Distress Oxide Inks (Worn Lipstick, Spiced Marmalade, Squeezed Lemonade, Cracked Pistachio, Tumbled Glass, Shaded Lilac, Wiled Violet). I then adhered each strip to an A2-sized card panel, leaving some space between each strip for contrast.

Then I used the Smile Shaker Die to die cut the shaker portion. On a white cardbase, I ink-blended pink underneath for some extra interest and filled up shaker portion with sequins using Pretty Pink Posh Sprinhttp://shrsl.com/1gnuzgtime Mix.

No stamping on this card – sometimes they make for the easiest cards!
