Welcome to Hero Arts’ 45th Anniversary Blog Hop! Today, I’m sharing project I created for the summer catalog. Hero Arts has a “From the Vault” collection where old stamps are made new again and I’m using a floral set for today’s card.
I stamped a flower image from the From the Vault Flowers set and repeated it across the bottom of a white cardstock panel to color with Copic markers (YG06, G03, R00, RV13, R14).
After coloring, I trimmed this panel to add a gold strip at the bottom. I added some thin baking twine to give the card a soft touch before matting it to a layer of light pink cardstock in Hero Arts’ Peony cardstock.
The sentiment is stamped at the top right hand corner to finish off this simple card.

Beautiful Tulip card. Makes me want to go tend to my garden. It is still in disarray from the winter. Time for cleanup…OH wait>>>. I am crafting today!!!
