It’s a really special day for Hero Arts – we have another Partners Collaboration and today, we’re sharing one designed by Lawn Fawn! A BIG THANKS to Lawn Fawn for celebrating Hero Arts’ 45th Anniversary!

You all know how much I love Lawn Fawn so this collaboration excites me to the max! The stamp set is called Big Thanks and it’s so much fun!

I’m using other Lawn Fawn products for today’s collaboration and decided to make a a fun pop-up card using the Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up die. Before working on that, I stamped and colored all my images using Copic markers (V000, V04, V09, R00, RV25, C0, C2, C5, C8, W1, W3, W6, W7, R20, YG07, G19, B000, B02, Y35, Y06).

After die-cutting my images, I also die-cut the Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up pieces using heavy white cardstock. To decorate my box, I used Kiwi cardstock to cut a Grassy Border. I layered it 4 times on the front and back panel as well as 2 inserts that I made from the Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up die. The die also comes with pieces that cut out the decorative boxes to mat the box flaps. I ink-blended the back panel with Splash Reactive Ink to create a sky. To add texture, I sprayed it with some water before adhering it to the back of the box.

I used the Spiffy Speckles patterned paper to mat the other 3 flaps on the side and on the front of the box.Before adhering the front panel, I stamped the sentiment with black ink. Then I used all the images I colored to decorate the box. A few of the birds and butterflies are floating using strips of acetate. I love the 3D card that this die creates and I hope you like it!
