Every year, my friend Tracey McNeely hosts the fun 25 Days of Christmas Tags event! There are sponsors/companies everyday that participate and holiday tags are created to amp up the creativity leading into the holidays. Today, Pretty Pink Posh is the sponsor and the team is sharing some fun tags made using Pretty Pink Posh products. My tags are made using the Ornament Shaker and Happy Snowman sets.

I first die-cut my Ornament shaker die from light blue and light pink cardstock. On the pink, I left the word jolly and ink-blended at the bottom of the word with some Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide ink. On the blue Ornament shaker, I cut out the word and ink-blended the frame with some Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink.

I found some circle dies that fit perfectly for a backing, so I die-cut two and ink-blended it lightly with some Salty Ocean Distress Oxide ink and added snow with a white gel pen. I decided to add a Happy Snowman to one of my ornaments so I stamped and did some simple Copic coloring on him. I created a snow cover ground for him using some white glitter cardstock that I free-handed.

The ornament top is die-cut using gold foil cardstock and adhered to the outer ornament frame. To create my shaker, I first adhered acetate to their under sides, then added a think strip of foam adhesive all the way around. On the ink-blended back panels, I added some Sparkling Clear Snowflakes and Winter Days confetti, then sealed my ornament shaker windows over them. To complete my tags, I added gold twine and some gold ribbons over the ornament top.
