The MFT Vault has opened! We’re bringing well loved products back and making them new again. The team has created projects to help inspire you and today, I’m using the You Have My Heart set.

These friends! It’s the word that came to mind when I decided on coloring my stamped imaged. So I die-cut the word “friend” using the Impact Alphabet Die-namics.

My images are colored with Copic markers. After die-cutting, I added white gel highlights to the images and drew a pattern on the girl’s skirt.
Teals: BG11, BG15, BG18
Pinks: RV11, RV13, RV14
Skin: E000, E51, E05, R20
Browns: E41, E43, E44, E47, E49
Reds: R22, R24, R27
Grays: C1, C3, C5, C8

I embossed a few of the accessory stamps on a background panel using white embossing powder before ink-blending with Pine Needles and Bundled Sage Distress Oxide Inks for some resist ink-blending. It gives a subtle background for my die-cut words and colored images. My sentiment is stamped over Tickled Pink Cardstock and embossed with white embossing powder also. Everything is adhered to my background using foam adhesive for dimension.
I hope you enjoyed this card! I’ll be back tomorrow to share another project with you! See you then!
