My Favorite Things – 5 Days Until the New Release – Impressive String of Hearts

Today, I’m featuring the new Impressive String of Heart foil plate. Foiling can be so much fun so I’m sharing a card and a tag today to show you a variety.

I’ve foiled today with pink foil – first over pink cardstock and then over white cardstock for my tag. The pink on pink is provided with more tone-on-tone interest using ink-blending around the panel with a darker pink to match the foil. I splattered it with some ink and finished it simply with an embossed sentiment from the Smitten with You stamp set.

I used the new Trendy Tag Die-namics to frame my foiled hearts and then added the pop of color using the Lots of Love Die-namics by die-cutting a layer in black and two more layers in white to stack the word for height.
