I’m on the MFT YouTube Channel today with a new video. Today’s card has a surprising element on the inside so I hope you’ll check it out to see my process!
I used the Brilliant Butterflies set to stamp out one large image and 3 little ones for the inside using MFT premium dye inks and kept each butterfly simple in the same color family. To give them some interest, I used darker shades to add color to the outer edges of the larger rings.
I also used the Grande Greenery Die-namics to give my butterfly an anchor and to give the card a bit more color and texture. I die-cut in both white and green cardstock. To ogive the green cardstock some additional shading, I added color with a G46 Copic marker.
With some simple scoring on the smaller butterflies, I was able to create a banner out of them for the inside and created a pop up effect when the card is opened.

Just watched your detailed video and loved learning how you made this, including the interactive butterflies. Beautiful card! Would you be willing to provide the link for your sticky mat? I bought one years ago to use in my MISTI like Betsy but it wasn’t sticky. Thanks!
