My Favorite Things – Birthday Project – Personalized Card

Hey there, Friends!

It’s that time of the month again when the MFT team celebrates birthdays! This month, we are focusing on personalization using alphabet stamps and dies! I’m using the Impact Alphabet die set to create a card for my son, Evan.

I’ve done this layout before with these exact dies, but created a shaker for the MFT YouTube channel. This is a simplified version for personalization with more letters so it may look familiar. I lined up the letters and spaced them out perfectly to die-cut them three times for today’s 5″ x 7″ card.

After die-cutting, I prepared a cardbase and masked off the top and sides and ink-blended using Twisted Citron, Peacock Feathers, and Mermaid Lagoon Ink. I sprayed it with water to add texture, then attached my die-cut panel over the top with foam adhesive. My embossed sentiments are also adhered using foam adhesive.

Did you know that you can create and share for your chance to win a $50 gift voucher to the MFT Boutique? Enter on the corresponding post on the MFT Blog!
