My first card features the new Lil’ Critters Boston Terrier – how cute is this little guy?! I die-cut him from brown, white, and black cardstock and pieced him together after ink-blending some Ground Espresso Distress Oxide to the outer edges of his body. After piecing him together, I added blush to his cheeks and some white gel highlights.

I used the Stitched Rectangles and Nested Circles to create a frame for him. I attached this die-cut panel over a piece of rainbow patterned paper using foam adhesive and attached the Boston Terrier in the center with foam adhesive also. To finish, I added sentiment strips from the new Reverse Happy sentiments.

The new Folk Heart Background is so pretty and I stamped it to make an emboss-resist card using Distress Oxide Inks (Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick, Seedless Preserves).

After ink-blending, I splattered my panel with water and white paint. I trimmed it down to mat my cardbase, then attached the sentiment strips as well as some sequins.

My final card uses the Chunky Flower Mask. I applied the mask over a piece of white cardstock and masked off each flower to ink-blend the full rainbow using Distress Oxide Inks (Abandoned Coral, Carved Pumpkin, Squeezed Lemonade, Lucky Clover, Mermaid Lagoon, Wilted Violet).

To finish my card, I stamped a sentiment from the So Far So Good stamp set and die-cut it using a Nested Circle – which cut it perfectly right outside the embossed circle. I used the next size up to die-cut another circle from gold glitter cardstock. I adhered each layer with foam adhesive to the ink-blended panel and finished by adhering coordinating jewels to the centers of each flower.
