Hi, Friends!

Can you tell I have no assigned posts for this week and I’ve been able to play!? I made another card using the new Greetery products. I LOVE the Print Shop series – it’s a combination of stamp and stencil and you can get dies to cut out the images individually if you want to. I shared a card using the Fresh Floral set HERE if you missed it. Today’s card uses the new Peachy Keen set!

I started first by using the stencils in the set to ink-blend my peaches, the leaves and blue flowers. I decided for this project to use Concord & 9th inks and they worked beautifully.

C&9 inks used:
Leaves: Parsley, Clover
Peaches: Grapefruit, Sorbet
Blue Flowers: Sea Glass, Oceanside

Then using the stamp set, I stamped the detail on the peaches, flowers, and leaves as instructed by the provided guide. When I was done stamping, I die-cut a border using the Crimped Frame die (no surprise there – it’s my favorite!)

To make my sentiment, I die-cut the Peachy die cut word after ink-blending with the same blue inks and die-cut the halo portion using vellum. The sentiment strip is then embossed over black cardstock.
