Hello again!

I’m back today to share another Simon Says Stamp release card! I’m not a part of today’s blog hop but want to continue to share all the fun cards I’ve made using products from this release. The new Gnome School set is absolutely adorable.

We are all facing uncertain times right now and as a mother of 4, this set makes the situation seem a bit more positive! I loved coloring these images and creating this gnome school scene!

Copic colors used:
Greens:  YG07, YG09
Reds:  R22, R27, R29
Oranges:  R15, YR24
Purples:  V01, V04
Blues:  B0000, B00, B02, B04, [B23, B24, B26, B39)
Pinks:  R81, R83, R85
Browns:  [E000, E51, E30], [E31, E34 E37, E39}
Grays:  C0, C2, C4
Teals:  BG11, BG13

My background is ink-blended with Cracked Pistachio, Tumbled Glass, Peacock Feathers and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Inks. The sky used a combination of the first three colors mentioned and after ink-blending, I trimmed my panel to mat my card base and sprayed it with some splatters for texture.

I created a simple scene by first attaching my gnome haus directly to the ink-blended panel, then adhered everything else using foam adhesive for dimension. The sentiment has such a fun font that I could not resist embossing!
