This is my last Concord & 9th Feature Friday post – very bittersweet. I can’t believe it’s been over 3 years since I was last a guest! I’ll definitely be posting more even if I don’t guest in the near future. Anyway – the last two products to be featured from the September release is the Let it Snow Turnabout and the Festive Friends Bundle!

My first card is pretty simple! If you remember my card from last week using the Seasonal Saying’s set, I created a cardstock background and used the negative on my card. Here’s a recap in case you missed it:

So for today’s card, I used the letters cut out from this over the Let it Snow Turnabout which I stamped twice using Oceanside ink and embossed white (I only stamped the two turns).

I staggered the letters and then finished by adding the embossed sub-sentiments and embellishing my card with a few clear sequins.

My second card uses the Festive Friends Bundle. I used the Let it SnowTurnabout again and stamped all 4 turns with Versamark so that I could emboss the entire panel with white embossing powder over Aqua Sky cardstock.

After heat setting, I ink-blended my panel with both Aqua Sky and Midnight ink – going from dark to light from the top. Then I stamped and colored my chosen image using Copic markers.

I trimmed my panel down to mat my cardbase and then adhered my image to the center using foam adhesive for dimension. Then using two of the dies from the Festive Friends Die set – I die-cut the word “merry” using gold glitter cardstock and the Christmas banner in black and backed it with white cardstock.
