I’ve got an adorable slimline card today using the Heart Animals set from Simon Says Stamp.
I first created my card panel by die-cutting the hearts onto a white panel. This helps me with the stamping of my images onto the cardbase and helps me align everything perfectly in my stamp positioner. I stamped and colored my images with Copic markers.
Pink Heart: RV91, R81, R83
Dog in Pink Heart: E50, E51, E53, E35, E37
Teal Heart: BG10, BG11, BG32
Dog in Teal Heart: E42, E31, E33, E34, E35, E37
Blue Heart: B0000, B000, B01
Cat: C2, C4, 6
Blush/Tongue: R20, R22
Before adhering the die-cut panel onto the colored card base, I stenciled a frame using the Slimline Masks with some pink to give it color. I stamped my sentiments, then I attached this panel using foam adhesive.
To finish, I die-cut some hearts in coordinating colors and adhered them before flooding them with glossy accents to give them some shine.
