Gina K. Designs’ new release is here! I’m happy to have something to share from tonight’s release. The set I’m using is illustrated by Emily Loggans. Who doesn’t love citrus illustrations? It’s so clever, it’s even called Little Cutie!

I stamped an image with a light ink for some no-line watercoloring using Daniel Smith Watercolors.

Daniel Smith:  Quinacridone Sienna, Piemontite Genuine, Hooker’s Green

When I was done watercoloring, I dotted the image with a white and black pen to add texture to the image. I fussy cut it and set it aside to work on a background. I wanted texture, but didn’t want to distract from the image. So I used the Leaf Bundle 3D Embossing Folder from Simon Says Stamp. I also add a stitching border around it using the Simons Says Stamp Stitched Rectangles dies.

To finish my card, I embossed a sentiment in white over black cardstock and also fussy-cut that. Then I embellished my card with some Gina K. Designs Angel Aura Jewels.
