In case you missed it, the Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® 2021 release went live last night!  I shared a fall wreath using stencils.   Today’s card is completely different with Halloween Gnomies! Anytime I see gnomes, I think of my friend Leanne West – she makes the cutest gnomes and I want them all!

This stamp set is a 6″ x 8″ set with 6 adorable halloween gnomes. I stamped them all and colored them using Copic markers.

Reds:  R00, R20, [R32, R35, R39]
Oranges:  YR01, YR02, YR04, YR09
Yellows:  [Y00, Y11, Y15], [YR23, YR27}
Greens:  YG06, YG09, G17
Purples:  BV02, BV04, BV08
Grays:  W1, [C0, C2, C4, C6, C8]
Browns:  [E000, E51, E11], [E31, E33, E35, E37]

This card also features the new Gnome Treehouse! I die-cut it in white and used Copic markers to color it as well, and then pieced it all together. I tried to use fall colors on the top of the tree house for a fall look. I love that it has an acorn-like top!

After coloring and die-cutting my images and treehouse, I worked on my background by ink-blending a 5″ x 7″ panel using Distress Oxide Inks: Vintage Photo, Tea Dye, Dusty Concord, Wilted Violet. I then splattered it with purple, brown and white paint to give it texture. I then used the Layered Bats Stencil and inked on some bats using Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink.

After arranging my gnomes to fill my scene, I finished by attaching an embossed sentiment.
