Hello, Friends!

I’m sharing a card using another beautiful new stamp set from Hannah Drapinski tonight! The new Gina K. Designs release is here! The Thankful Heart set is a part of Hannah’s monthly series and this is the September set. It’s gorgeous – though I realize, I do say this about lots of sets. It’s TRUE!

I stamped the image with a light ink to watercolor for a no line look. The white daisy was really tricky, so I used a Dark Indigo Polychromos colored pencil (#157) to outline.

Daniel Smith paints used:
Sunflower:  Quinacridone Gold, Piemonite Genuine, Sepia
Daisy:  Shadow Violet
Morning Glories:  Carbazole Violet, Opera Pink
Pink Flowers:  Quinacridone Rose, Quinacridone Gold

I stamped and embossed a sentiment in gold over vellum and wrapped it around the bottom third of the painted panel – strategically over the daisy I’m not proud of. 😂

I finished by adhering some iridescent jewels in various areas on my card and adhered the panel to a cardbase using foam adhesive.
