Hey Friends!
I’m sharing a simple card today, though it uses a few different products from the Simon Says Stamp And Back Again release. I combined a few products to “complete” my card. I say this because I feel it could always be more simple. I just don’t know when to stop sometimes!
I started by stamping the Hand-lettered Friends background stamp and embossing it in white to ink-blend with Pawsitively Saturated Ink (Blush, Cadette, Sweets). Next, I die-cut the Big XOXO three times and stacked them for dimension. I used the negative to help me line them up perfectly over the background by in-laying the stacked letters.
To give my letters more interest, I stamped and die-cut an image from the Love Day stamp set. I colored the image simply with Copic markers and adhered it with foam adhesive over the letter “O”. I flooded the heart with Glossy Accents to give it some shine, too.
To give more balance to my card, I also added a sub-sentiment from the Reverse Sassy Love sentiment strips. I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by today!

Hi, Caly – I love everything about this from the cling stamp background to the critter to the Glossy Accents to the huge XO stacked vertically (one of my faves from the new release)… it’s a phenomenally good composition. Color choices are terrific as well.
