Hello, Friends!
It’s the 14th of the month, which means a new Simon Says Stamp card kit is here! The Happiest Wishes stamp set is darling and I just had to use all the images.
Today’s card is a 5″ x 7″ card to accommodate the cute images for this card.
I stamped and colored my images with Copic markers. After coloring, I fussy-cut my images. There will be coordinating dies for this stamp set, sold separately from the kit though!
For my background, I started with Surf Blue cardstock. Then using Cadette Ink, I ink-blended around the edges of the cardstock to create a glow at the center of the cardstock, concentrating on more saturated colors around the edges. Then I used the Build a Rainbow Stencil to add clouds using White Pigment Ink.
When done with my background, I created my sky scene by attaching the images I colored. To finish, I embossed my sentiments and fussy-cut around the words to adhere to my card panel.
