Simon Says Stamp has just released a new STAMPtember exclusive collaboration set with Brutus Monroe! I love Brutus Monroe sets because it includes images for fall and winter! This Seasonal Gnomes set is fantastic!
Hindsight, I wish I had quickly colored all three large gnomes for 3 similar cards, but I just have one card to share today. I chose the holiday gnome, but I love the fall and which gnomes on this set too!
I stamp and colored the gnome with Copic markers.
Reds: R32, R35, R37, R39
Gold: Y13, YR23, yr24, YR27
Teals: BG10, BG11, BG13, BG18
Blues: BG02, BG05, BG07, BG09
Browns: E30, E31, E24
Skin: E000, E53, E04
Grays: C0, C2, C3, C4
The background is simple gray cardstock with splattered white paint to mimic snow. Then on a hillside die-cut with a hillside border die, I stamped the sentiment and attached it to the gray panel with foam adhesive for dimension.
I finished by attaching my gnome on the snowy hillside. It’s such a simple card, but I love the size of the gnome! Such a statement, he makes!
