Hello friends!
Welcome to another Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week card post! Today’s card is a fun and warm holiday card featuring Beachy Christmas and the Christmas Palm Tree dies.
I started with the Christmas Palm Tree and die-cut all the pieces using Lawn Fawn Cardstock and colored them with Copic markers to add shading/dimension.
Next, I stamped and colored my images from the Beachy Christmas set. After coloring and die-cutting, I set everything aside to work on the background. I used Distress Oxide Inks in Tattered Rose and Salty Ocean to ink-blended the sky. On two panels die-cut from the Simple Stitched Hillside Borders and Stitched Hillside Borders, I ink-blended Gathered Twigs for the sand. To give it additional texture, I dotted the sand with different brown Copic markers.
I finished my card by attaching the images to create my scene. To give my bulbs some interest, I also added Clear Glaze to them (it’s a little thicker than Glossy Accents and is great for shine and dimension). I hope you like this Beachy Christmas card! Thanks for stopping by today!
