Welcome to Altenew’s October 2022 Super Subscription Release Blog Hop! My card today features the Craft-A-Flower Epiphyllum dies. These intriguing flowers are a cacti and tropical succulent. Tugs at my cacti/succulent-loving heart! I googled images for inspiration and loved the dark backgrounds that I saw, so my card is over a black background – which is A LOT of contrast for me!

I die-cut and pieced together my flowers from lots of different cardstock colors, which I will link below. One one of the pink layers of the largest bloom, I used an R85 Copic marker to color the light pink cardstock because I wanted a layer between it and the next color.

I finished my card by stamping and embossing a sentiment from the Sentiment Strips 2 stamp set. I hope you like it and that it inspires you! Be sure to check out the full list of blog hop stops below for more inspiration from this release!
