Hey there!

Today, I have a box card to share! Have you seen the Basic Box Card and all the coordinating dies for the box card? The latest release included the Basic Box Card Christmas Tree die and I just couldn’t resist!

I started by stamping Sea Glass cardstock with the Glistening Snowflakes and embossing in white. I embossed on both sides so the snowflakes are on the inside and the outside of the box.

To give the box more color, I ink-blended the top of the snowflake panels with Ocean ink and just faded towards the bottom with less color. Then, I used the Basic Box Card die to die-cut the box with the window. I also die-cut the Basic Box Card Christmas Tree components and assembled them to add them to the inside of the box before adhering.

You know you’ve assembled correctly if your box collapses nicely with the box fully assembled with inserts.

I embellished my Christmas tree with colorful pearls from Pretty Pink Posh in Cherry Red, Sunshine, Shamrock, and Pacific Blue. I then finished my card with a sentiment from the Reverse From Me Christmas Sentiment Strips. Super simple, but super fun!
