Lawn Fawn – Inspiration Week – Heart Garden Border

Hello!

I have a simple card to share today for Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week. Products used for this card will be available next week on December 15th at 12am ET! I created a die-cut edge card using the new Heart Garden Border for today’s card.

The Heart Garden Border will cut your cardstock to any height, so I thought it would be fun to make it the top of the card. I die-cut the main piece in white after ink-blending it softly with Celery Stick Ink. Then, I splattered it with some green paint.

The hearts die-cut separately, so I colored those with Copics before adhering them over the original border. I paired the Heart Garden Border with the So Dam Much set – which is also being featured today.

Beavers: E30, E31, E35, E35, E37, E39, C5
Cattails: Y11, E34, E37, G03, G07, G28
Hearts: R22, R35, R21, R22

Once my card front is complete, I die-cut another border with a shorter base and adhered it to the back to make it sturdier. Then, I attached it over a short cardbase, just under the Heart Garden Border. It’s very simple, but fun for the recipient!
