This month’s Simon Says Stamp Card Kit is sweet in more ways than one! This February 2023 Card Kit – Sweet Days is available now to order and wills tart shipping on January 16th. There are so many fun and colorful goods in this kit that I didn’t use for today’s card, but I hope the rest of it will inspire you!

My card today uses the Sweet Days stamp set and Hearts and Stars stencil. I stamped all the fun images from the Sweet Days set and colored them with Copic markers. There is a Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend in the kit, so I used it to color the little peppermint image.

Reds:  R30, R32, R35, R37, R39
Oranges:  YR01, YR02, YR04
Yellows:  Y11, Y15
Greens:  G00, G03, G05
Teals:  BG10, BG11, BG13
Blues:  B12, B15, B18
Purples:  V000, V01, V04
Pinks:  R81, R83, R85
Beige:  YR30, Y21, Y23, Y26
Browns:  E35, E37, E39, E49

I used the Hearts and Stars stencil to ink-blend the pattern using Bubblegum and Sweets inks to give the background more interest before creating a fun display of sweet images along the left side of the slimline panel.

I finished by adding white gel highlights on the images and attaching an embossed sentiment.
