Hello!

Today’s post isn’t a card, but it features a beautiful set from Simon Says Stamp called Beautiful Bouquet! This set is a 6″ x 8″ set and the image is large. I didn’t have the heart to cut up the image, so I stamped it over a 6 1/4″ x 8 1/4″ piece of watercolor paper to watercolor it fully.

I stamped the image with a light ink to watercolor it for a no-line look. This takes longer than usual, but I felt called to do it with this Beautiful Bouquet. Debby Hughes watercolored this image so beautifully and didn’t turn it into a card either.

After I was done watercoloring, I splattered it with some green paint and added some details back into the center of the large peony/butterfly ranunculus using a black pen.

I plan on framing this one and hope I can find a nice frame for it. I hope you like it! Thanks for visiting today!
