The Simon Says Stamp Be Creative release went live last night (early this morning)! My card today uses the Fantastic Flowers set. It is a 6″ x 8″ set with solid foliage and flowers. My card today uses one of the stems and is repeated in different colors to create my colorful spray.

I didn’t have dies when I made this card – so it was a lot of fussy cutting! There is also a coordinating stencil set if you’d rather ink-blend, but the die will die-cut both images that are stamped and ink-blended with a stencil. I love the options!

I used Pawsitively Saturated Inks and stamped the foliage in a lighter color and then stamped the stem in a darker color from the same color family. Then on a 5″ x 7″ card panel, I fanned the foliage stems to create a spray from the center-left hand of the panel. I attached my images with foam adhesive for dimension.

I finished by using a sentiment from the new Greetings Trio die set. The wonky letters are so fun! To finish my card, I added some dew drops.
