Hello friends!

I have a simple card to share from the Simon Says Stamp Be Creative release today!

My card today uses a few new products from this release. Right off the bat, I foiled the new Mini Slimline Falling Confetti Hot Foil Plate over vellum using Rainbow Hot Foil.

For the background, I stamped and watercolored the Bunch of Balloons background cling stamp. The vellum softens everything I watercolored, but I don’t mind! This was definitely a play-and-see-how-it-turns-out card. I didn’t want to cover up the foiling with a sentiment and usually, I’d attach the vellum panel to the background using adhesive behind the sentiment when it’s more centered. Since I knew it wouldn’t be in the center, I wrapped the vellum around the background panel.

The sentiment is from the new CZ Big Old Birthday stamp and die set, simply embossed in white over black cardstock.
